After Besi got on the roof and did some measurements, he put a quote together and we sat down and discussed it in detail. He helped us select a color of the roofing which turned out to be a perfect match we wanted. He said that a large crew would be out within a week and we got a call from the office soon after giving us the exact date. Key to our decision to use Garden State Roofing and Chimney was the quick and helpful response to quote, the competitive price, scope of work and the short time to get the job started and completed compared to other roofers. 10 men in 5 hours stripped the roof, put down a new roof and cleaned up the area. Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well.
