Lots of good communication and the crew which did the installation was quick, clean and professional. With my recent problem, I called to find out where I could find a door repair company, assuming everything was out of warranty. Melissa had someone from the company ready to fix the door on the same day I called. Because of scheduling, they came a few days later, and fixed my door at no charge. "Excellent company! We are very satisfied.We have lived in our south Florida house for 25 years. This is our 3rd AC. We were told by the other AC people that it was not possible to get the temperatre to 75 degrees in the heat of summer, in the middle of the day. So, for 25 years we have lived in AC that rose to 82 degrees in the summer. NOT ANYMORE!
