"Several days before the planned install the two installers come over as planned and reviewed the attic and lay out of the planned work. They invited me up in the attic to review the duct work which was original to the house (1980). We decided to update all of the ducting to todays standards. The new air conditioner and handler was installed as well as the new ductwork. They did a great job. were very nice, cleaned up after themselves and kept my wife and I informed of their progress. They also got the 10 year old air conditioner and air handler working perfectly. I have elected to also go with their service agreement to keep this investment working perfectly. (treat them like your car maintenance ). The did a fantastic job, were very friendly and professional. They showed up on time. The electrical component was updated today as planned and he also did a great job and explained what his plan was and why the upgrade was important.
