"Installers played music very loudly while working and left garage door open to house while working.   <br /> Floor looks ok from quick glance but when you look closely as in when cleaning you can find lots of defects in wood patches where nicks and chips were tried to cover up and in one spot even a staple is visible that was tried to cover with wood filler.  They also used LOTS of staples to hold the wood floor down which caused splintering of my subfloor.  It took me 2 hours to clean up <br /> the mess it made in my basement below this room.  I would not call them again <br />"
