"Alan got the bid with the best estimate.  He showed up early on a Saturday.  He proceeded to disassemble, analyze and repair a somewhat antiquated lock.  He located the problem and repaired the lock and door assembly rather than just replace it.  He wasted no time, saved us money and explained what was going on.  He was courteous, painstaking, efficient and economical.  His fees are extremely reasonable.

After my garage didn't work, I called Socal Garage door and I spoke to Oren. Oren was very nice to me and asked me to text him few pictures in order to see if he can detect the problem via the pictures. After I texted him the pictures, He called me and said that he see the problem and he asked me when will it be a good time to pass by and fix it. Oren sent his worker that came on the time frame that he said and he brought the parts that he needed for the work. He worked for like an hour and he fixed my garage. The price was very fair as well and they charged it via the phone. Definitely recommended company to work with.

"Joe Kincaid was a pleasure to work with and made several great suggestions to save us money. He and his entire team were organized, professional, and punctual. Kincaid made a project that for us was rather large and complicated, easy and almost effortless. The finished guest house is beautiful! We also had a new counter and cabinet installed in the main house with a new dishwasher installation. "Tony was great to deal with. He is very kind and knowledgable. His workers are professional, kind, skilled, and trustworthy. Our house had many leaks and cracks, which they patched up well and fixed just before the rain. They painted our house and it looks great! We also had them replace two entry doors. All of this was done right on schedule. The one thing I would look for next time is prepping the job site a little more before beginning so clean-up is easier. However, I addressed this with Tony and they cleaned up well. All said and done, my wife and I are very happy. I vouch for their abilities, and would hire them again. (The photo attached is a before and after of the paint job. We have since done landscaping. It looks finished and amazing now.)"

"John Vadurro did a beautiful job re-tiling my bathroom. The work included demolition of the old bathroom and installation of a new shower, shower door, toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, light, and floor. The cost does not include materials. The tile work was really nicely done.  The part I liked best is that John listens to his customers, when I had some concerns about one of his workers - he heard my concerns and sent another contractor.  This is the mark of a true professional. I would recommend John Vadurro to others in the Whittier and La Mirada area. One really nice part about John is that he will provide contractors for plumbing, electrical, painting, and tiling. He is a one stop shop - which is difficult to find these days. I also had John replace a door jamb and install a new door, fix the plumbing in my kitchen, and install a water heater so that it was in compliance. John does high quality work at a reasonable price."

"Everything seemed fine. I had no complaints. I was satisfied. Unfortunately they knocked a little planter pot hanging by my back door down & broke it. I didn't receive any compensation, but I didn't expect to. They did clean that mess. They also asked to use my restroom and I found that to not be very professional."
