"Last April I purchased a brand new condominium. There was quite a bit of construction dust as well as some construction debris in the air ducts once the building was completed. I finally decided to hire Dustbusters Duct Cleaning this month to clean them out. The dryer vent was also cleaned and the central AC coil was inspected. Jeremy was the technician who performed the job. He was punctual, polite and courteous, and very knowledgeable. Jeremy explained the entire process to me and showed me before and after pictures of the air ducts. I have noticed that the air flow from my heating system seems stronger now which indicates to me that cleaning the air ducts has improved the efficiency of my heating system. "Steve returned my initial call promptly and came over the same day for a rough estimate. I wasn't quite sure yet when I needed the work, Steve was fine with that, and gave me an estimate. As soon as my landscapers were ready to have the place cleared, I called Steve and he scheduled me in for a week later. When he came, he showed up exactly when he said he would (6:45 AM to make sure to scope out the place properly before his crew showed up), and made sure that he understood exactly what I wanted. Throughout the two days of work, Steve called me to check in and to make sure that he was doing the job the way I wanted it. There were no problems at all, and Steve even called and emailed after the job to make sure I was happy with his work. The yard was cleared perfectly, and for a reasonable price, and there was no debris, dirt, or anything left anywhere."

"Provider called at about 8pm the night before to cancel a Monday appointment.  Granted, this was during a rough winter, but a little more advanced notice would have helped.
Seemed to do a nice, thorough job on the air ducts, however the deal was for a fixed number of supplies & returns.  I had fewer supplies, but more returns, so I was charged a surcharge for each additional return, even though they were shorter than most of my supplies.
Could have done a better job cleaning up dirt and dust that accumulated on my floors around the vents that had piled up during the vacuuming. 
Staff was very nice.
All and all pretty good though, would probably use again.  My vents were filthy and now they are not.

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"I had 2 major jobs done by Vista with mixed results:
1) In early 2015, we sat down with Brian (the owner) and he gave us an estimate on replacing the roof and repairing portions of the cedar shakes on our house that had rotted.  The estimate included removing our gutters and then putting the same gutters back up.  It also included repairing the frame of an attic window that had started to rot and adding baffles to the attic for venting.  The roofing was done in March 2015 and went relatively well other than the fact that the crew chief had forgotten his cell phone and didn't have the contract on him.  He pulled down the front gutters and, rather than saving them to put them back up, he trashed them in the dumpster.  A different crew came several days later to do the window, shakes, and baffles.  Dave, the chief of this second crew, was short baffles and had to go out and find some more even though photos were taken of the attic prior to the job for just this reason.  The shakes were done, but one section near the gutters looked awful.  I had to call and complain, and the shakes were fixed during the second major job below.  Finally, Dave came a different day to replace the gutters that had been thrown out.  It quickly became very clear that the crew does not communicate well with whoever it is that draws up the contract/estimate and whatever was discussed during the estimate process is not well communicated to the crew.  Lots of back and  forth phone calls to get things right.  In the end, though, Vista replaced the old gutters with new gutters for free since trashing them was their fault.  They also found a replacement attic window for me for free.  The roof / gutter / window job ended up lasting for close to a month, and the dumpster was in our driveway for this entire time. Dave was a very friendly crew chief and kept us informed as best he could, but he would have left the cedar shake repair in a condition that was not acceptable.  Once we complained and sent pictures, a plan was put in place to fix this.  So, the communication was pretty bad, and there were some decent-sized hiccups, but Vista worked hard to make things right in the long-run, and I feel like I got a good deal for (ultimately) pretty good quality.  Tough to say whether I would hire them again -- they need to fix this communication issue so jobs go more smoothly.  This work cost about $11,000.
2) The second major job was in June 2015, where Vista replaced an entire wall of cedar shakes.  This time, Gladimir was the chief and he seemed to be the shake expert.  He did a great job and repaired the spots near the gutter where the previous work had been sub-par.  We supplied the shakes and painted them before Gladimir and his helper installed them.  We were very happy with this job.  This work cost about $1300.

2 workers showed up , started to demolish, were not very careful where all the bricks and old insulation fell.

the worker, were very personable, nice, but slobs. The chimney was rebuild and I assume was done right,

it took two days. The clean up wasn't so good, I offered the use

of our leaf blower to get rid of the old insulation which was spread on the roof, I finally told them to go because

the mess they created was damaging some of the ground cover and planting.

Nice guys, but clean up is not high on the list.  I had to hire some one to clean the roof and also clean out the gutters

there was 2 inches of sand in the gutter. They also would honor the Coupon I had from Angie's list booklet,

reason: there was more work than they thought.( I have to believe them I don't know.)

The chimney looks good

, but this company should invest in some tarps, which makes to clean up easier.

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
