Carpet Cleaning Services in phoenix, AZ

"They arrived on time - no 4 hour window of time! They did a superb job and we were very happy that they offered more than just steam cleaning as that was not an option for us. The price was very very reasonable! I would definitely recommend them to friends/family. We will be using them again!"

"Great job. Carpets were clean and odor free."

"My neighbor Mary recommended Michael and I am very glad she did. He was on time, used wall guards & my carpets look new. Michael has a wonderful personality & made me feel trusttul that he was an honest gentleman. I payed for the whole house special & also opted for a sofa and chair to be steam cleaned. Thank you Ran9 Carpet Cleaning. A++ in my book! Patricia"

"Tony was hired to clean the carpets in 3 bedrooms of our home. He did an outstanding job. Firstly, he is a very pleasant, polite, and hard working person. He pre-cleaned, shampooed , and worked diligently to make sure all the stains were removed from our carpets. We will definitely use Floor Smash Services again."

"Alex was a professional. He cleaned our tile floors and the carpet in 2 bedrooms."

"Tech was on time and got to work right away. Cleaned our carpeting and two chairs and spent more time on them than previous cleaners. Excellent job, will definitely use Martin's All Floors Service in the future."

"Very professional, kind, great job cleaning the furniture and took extra care with everything. Moving furniture, turning large area rugs. Will definitely use them again."

"We are very satisfied with RS Builders. I had two rooms whose windows had leaked since day one and no one was able to find the problem for 15 years. Sukh (the owner) determined we needed to remove the drywall inside and the stucco outside to get to the problem. We were delayed a few weeks due to the non-stop rain we had in Oct., but the crew was able to determine the windows had been improperly installed by the original builder and there were gaps between them and the framing and flashing, causing the leaks. There was a lot of rot and termite damage but fortunately no mold. They wound up having to replace much of the framing, remove all the windows (20) and reinstall them after coming up with a solution to seal the space between the windows and the framing. Then the outside was stuccoed and the interior drywall and paint were completed. The crew mostly arrived when they were expected (a couple times they didn't but it wasn't an issue to us). They kept everything as neat and tidy as possible and cleaned up after each day's work. Sukh came out periodically to check on the work and came up with the overall solution to the problem, but his foreman, Carlos, was there every day. I found the price for the project to be very reasonable, even after adding a change order due to the unknown amount of damaged wood that had to be replaced once the walls were opened up. I have already referred RS Builders to my brother for a major interior remodel project and would be happy to provide references for anyone considering RS Builders for their project."
