"Called another company I was familiar with but had to pursue them for 5 days! No heat and told it was best to replace the entire unit by 3rd day and they'd order the parts (3 men, 4 hours, & $3k was what I was told). Finally, decided it was too much suffering and temps were dropping. Called Relax Air and he came within the hour, did a thorough analysis. Very professional. The final outcome was one of 3 parts were broken. Also a parts dealer, returned with the parts and tried each one. It was the module, fixed in one day, and for under $1k. He also checked/fixed the humidifier (which said initial company said they did upon initial repair visit and 2 yrs ago for regular maintenance) and adjusted the heating so the house is now perfectly balanced. After 4 years living here, finally no more cold spots!"

"I called on a Friday and it was done by Wednesday. The price was significantly below others. And I know they are great: they replaced my furnace (boiler) 10 years ago. Super nice people - I highly recommend!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HVAC Superior Solutions Inc!! They came over to diagnose my AC problem on very short notice. I decided to get a whole new system and they took great care in all the details and worked overtime to get the job completed. I am very satisfied with the new system and with the great customer service."

"Rick is very professional. He offered me a service contract for my heat pump that will save me money in the long run. He did not try to get me to replace my heat pump immediately which others have, even though it still works. I will definitely use this company again."

"The issue was diagnosed swiftly and repaired. Xavier, walked me through everything he did and explained why. He was very professional and knowledgeable. This was the second time using this company, the first time for a heating issue. At that time, I also got great service from the gentleman that serviced my system. The are consistent with their great service and reasonable prices."

"Our 40 year old furnace went out during a cold snap this spring and Moises was able to replace our whole system with a Trane dual fuel furnace system that works with our solar and gas as well as new AC unit. We were delighted by the significantly reduced power consumption this summer on AC down from $500 to $75 a month! The whole system cost us about half of what my co-worker paid for theirs. Moises and his crew were timely, professional and kind. Later this summer, my Ecobee for controlling my mom's HAVC system went out and Moises was there within two hours to fix it. I wholeheartedly recommend Tyler, Moises and crew. I have known Tyler and Moises for years and their integrity, honesty and work ethic are exceptional. This is the trusted team I welcome into my home and fully recommend"

"Briggs Heating and Cooling has been our go to provider since we renovated our home in 2005. They are experienced, supremely responsive and personable professionals who truly care about their customers. They go out of their way to get it right. We have trusted them so much that we introduced them to my elderly parents’ home years ago. My parents have adopted them ever since. We have had several projects this year alone, some routine maintenance, some much more complicated. Each project was handled the same way. First, my parents have an old AC and “Trevor’s guys” come out every year to service it. Their gas heater required a new switch which, because it was an old unit, took a lot of effort to find and replace. Next, our newer AC had a valve malfunction, and Briggs’ went way out of their way to properly diagnose the problem. As a precaution, we received a second opinion. Not only did Briggs’ diagnose the problem properly, they fixed it at about a quarter of the cost that the other service provider would have charged. Most recently, a couple of weeks ago, a leak was detected in my parents’ newly installed gas fireplace logs which Briggs had not installed. They met me at my parents’s home within an hour and had it repaired in another hour. And their prices are always extremely reasonable. This is small business done right. In northern Virginia, they are a breath of fresh air."

"I have been a Dwyer customer for decades and have found them to be consistently responsive, thorough, prompt and polite. They installed a new heat pump in 2007, have serviced it since then, including last week when a battery problem cut off the AC. They offered same -day service. Their repair person, Cosmo, who has helped me out before, did his customary, detailed job and fixed the problem. They are an old-fashioned company in the best sense of the word quality."

"Needed a furnace service before the heating season began towards the end of last year. Everyone was very helpful, we found out that my furnace wasn't working and the service tech got the parts ordered. It actually turned out that it was cheaper than originally quoted. Overall, great experience with the 3 or 4 of their techs I have seen over the last year or so."
