"Talked to 5 contractors and Jeremy was by far the most knowledgeable. I explained that I wanted a very efficient heat pump that would work at low temperatures and rarely use auxiliary heat. I did a lot of research and did a heat loss estimate on the house. Jeremy was the only installer who came up with about the same size heat pump I did and it turned out to be correct. He gave me a much more detailed estimate than anyone else with 3 options and complete specifications on what I was getting. I was impressed with his detailed process that resulted in the right size unit that had the right specifications for a specific house. The other contractors looked like they used a cookie cutter approach and were offering units that were too small. We have had some cold days and nights so I have been able to test the capacity of the unit and it is performing better than expected. "I highly recommend Comfort Central. Owner Kevin Schumann and his co-workers, Jay and Thomas, did an outstanding job installing the new HVAC system at our house. Over a four-day period, they set up in our crawl space a furnace/AC unit, a new plenum box, pipes for venting, and a dehumidifier with its own elaborate duct and water-removal system that will help keep our huge crawl space dry. They also put in a new heat pump in the backyard and a thermostat in the house. I was so impressed by the people and the work they did. Kevin and Jay are remarkably knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to HVAC issues. Thomas did a very good job with the aspects of the project that he handled. Every installation presents its own challenges, and one of the best things about Kevin and Jay is their ability to improvise as the project moves along. They considered different options when deciding on the size of the new system, where vents should go, how the duct system should be repaired and improved, the placement and venting of the dehumidifier, and many other things. They always kept the code requirements in mind. They were on time, friendly, communicative, and always considerate about how their work affected us while we were in the house. Kevin, Jay, and Thomas were also terrific when it came to answering my many questions. Kevin’s wife Laurie, who manages the office, responded quickly to my e-mails and helped with scheduling. HVAC projects can be expensive and complicated, and we wanted the right company to handle ours. We learned about Comfort Central from our home health specialist who had worked with Kevin in the past and had received very positive comments about his team from customers. "After contacting 2 referrals, the 2nd one got back to me 1st. They offered to come out for free but it would be 2 days later. It was gonne be below freezing both nights. The 1st o e called me and could come out within 2 hours. They did. They assessed my problem, left me heaters for my home for as long as I needed and set me up with a new and much needed heat pump. The other one almost caught on fire and could have killed me and my 2 granddaughters. If I had waited for the other company for 2 days, it would have been too late. "I had some good experiences with Mike’s Heating. The best was the installers were very nice and friendly. They seemed to do good work. I really don’t have any bad issues. I think they could have done a little better with follow up in terms of checking how things were going, suggesting annual service and stuff like that. I haven’t really heard much from them since. I remember it wasn’t cheap, but it was reasonable, no worse than anyone else."

 I recently began having problems with existing water heater.   Went to Angie's List  and started looking for a plumber.   After reading reviews I selected 2 plumbing companies to discuss my issues.   3/19/16, I selected and sent emails to both companies, explaining the problem.   Within 10 Minutes I received a response from Zack Scabo, ALL WAYS PLUMBING.  Zack discussed the possible solutions.   3/20, sent email to Zack with Serial # and Model # of my water heater.  3/21, called Zack and made an appointment for him to come out on 3/22 and drain the heater  to see if that could remedy the problems.  Zack determined the cause of the problem and proceeded to research a replacement part.   Discovered the part was no longer available.   I decided it was not a good idea to delay the inevitable, and asked Zack to give me a cost for replacement of the water heater.   He ordered the new heater and came out on 3/25 and installed the new heater. 

I could not ask for more professional, honest and friendly service.   The new heater is working wonderfully.   I will certainly call ALL WAYS Plumbing with any plumbing needs in the future.
