"Bridgetown was prompt in coming out for the estimate, and when I agreed to have them do the work, they were out within a week to do the work. They were conscientious about cleaning up after themselves (grinding mortar creates a huge dusty mess). And, when it was discovered that the mortar in one section of the wall was solid and didn't need to be replaced, they told me that, and lowered the price by $500. They did such a good job that several of my neighbors in the condo assoc. asked them to do repair work too."

He was the ONLY fireplace repair outfit that made the extra effort. Everybody else wanted my renter to wait two or more weeks to get heat. Phil and his assistant showed up on time. They cleaned the thermopile and shortened the thermostat wires. They got the heat back on. They gave me a one year warranty on the service. They cleaned the glass and tested for gas leaks as part of the service. They were very neat and tidy."

"Paul came out and met us to see what the project entailed. He then provided us with a very reasonable quote. The office staff worked with us to help pick our choices (they have many fireplaces). After everything was ordered, they set up the installation. The technicians arrived at exactly the time they said they would. Paul accompanied them and they started the job on time. They were very respectful of our home, and they kept us updated with pictures and texts. They were finished on time, and left the place very clean. Sunset Granite came out and measured and cut the granite to fit the odd shaped cabinet top. Then they installed it using the same granite for the backsplash. All was done in a very timely and professional manner. Highly recommend."
