Near Me Insulation LLC gets highest marks for flexibility in terms of traveling from Burlington to Glacier and completing the work with the highest skill level. The inside of my Ski Barn in Glacier has a height of 35 feet at the peak--several rooms with outside walls needed insulation. Sergio and crew also wrapped pipes and replaced window flashing with great care and expertise. Highly recommended contractor--reasonable price."

"A window casing sprung a leak when we had heavy rains the first week of February. A company (via Angie's List) came out and said that due to the prior poor roof installation, a new roof was warranted. So we put in requests for quotes from several companies. Polar Bear was high on my list because they are local and supporting local business is important to me. An appointment was made for Mark Goldberg to come out shortly after. After reading some more reviews the day of our appointment, I was a bit worried about a heavy sales pitch. Mark was relatable and professional. He looked at the biggest area of concern, looked in the attic, gave me a ton of reassurance and then the "pitch" which was way easier than I was led to believe by these reviews! When we have our roof replaced either this year or next, it will definitely be with Polar Bear. I appreciated Mark walking me through the steps in a way that was not overly pressured. The bid was not too far off what the previous company provided though with better shingles and a company with a better track record. That they don't sub-contract, have been in business for years and provide warranties and various certificates is the peace of mind I need and want."

"It went fine. I am still using them on an ongoing basis. I thought the price was fair. They also do insulation, and I requested a bid, so it was the same company but a different department, and I had difficulty getting some one to come out. He calls and he comes out when he is supposed to. "

"It is not easy to live in a construction zone for 10 weeks. Work was done Tuesday to Friday 7:00-5:30. That  gave us a break from the commotion.  A wind and rain event created a problem, but they handled it with grace and efficiency. "My husband and I are both very pleased with Rowcliffe's Handyman Services and have already scheduled more work for 2015. <br /> Casey and his assistant (Misty) arrived promptly within the agreed 2 hour time. They were both professional, courteous, and easy to talk with. Casey quickly assessed our needs and gave us an estimate of the cost and time involved. All of our questions were answered and everything was explained thoroughly. <br /> From there they immediately went to work with Casey on the roof. His assistant both helped him from the ground and also removed weeds that she saw as well as taking away 2 large and heavy bags of landscape materials that my husband had not had time to dispose of - wow!! Afterward Casey explained what to expect with the moss killer again and showed us what he had done on the roof. They explained what was happening with our downspouts and showed us how completely plugged they had been. Casey suggested when he returns to do other work for us, he would check our roof and gutters/downspouts to make sure everything is still working the way it is suppose to. All of this work was amazingly completed in 3 hours for $210. They are very fast! The product cost $100 and Casey took back what was not used. Although our home is only 5 years old, we had a lot of moss growing and Casey needed to apply quite a bit of product to the roof. We thought the pricing to be very fair and quite reasonable. <br /> Words cannot express how happy we are to have found Rowcliffe's Handyman Services! Thank you! <br />"

"Out of the three companies I had quote on the work, these guys were the most expensive and the least thorough, but the estimator seemed that he had a really good grasp on what was needed. Their price wasn't way out of line, but it was more than the other two. The only major problem I had with Arrow is that the estimator gave me the cost for blowing in insulation into the walls without actually checking to see if insulation was already in there. You can check by looking into your electric outlets, behind the faceplate, and probing with a coat hangar wire behind the socket to see if any insulation sticks to it. This was the deal killer for me, but otherwise these guys were close to their competitors in price."
