"I hired Phil 3 months ago when he first started his business from a reference of a friend of mine and I was a little hesitant at first as he didn't have any reviews or any information about his company out yet and I was trusting my friend's recommendation which he has done work for her too before he started a business. I hired him to repair my condo after a move out which included painting, drywall repairs, replacing smoke detectors, pulling the carpets, light bulbs and some other small repairs needed and everything turned out great. The unit looked brand new after he was done with all the work. "Chris is an excellent handyman who went above and beyond on the job. I had him do 3 jobs and everything was done perfectly. He offered me advice on some other things I need to do. The prices are very reasonable so I donâ t have to justify paying to get things done that I can do myself. I typically do most small jobs myself but being single taking care of the house and yard is a bit much. Now I have someone I can count on to do these extra jobs for me. I highly recommend Chris but as the other review says I hesitate to do so as I donâ t want him to get too busy and then he canâ t get to the work I want done."
