"I’m very glad I went with Smart Electric to fix our issue, involving outlets that were failing and power failures in a specific area of our home, even though the circuit breaker seemed okay. From the moment I contacted them I sensed professionalism, and immediately felt at ease. The person sent to fix the problem (Keith) was quick and thorough, and fixed the issue. When we experienced a similar issue some weeks later, same circuit, I called Smart Electric in a panic and they put Keith on the line, and we talked through it together. "This is a great family owned small business! I'd had 6 estimates to replace my roof and this was the only company that took the time to carefully walk my roof and also inspect the attic to make sure they knew what they were getting into (I had lots of rot and sagging). The owner (Daniel) provided the estimate and was great at offering options to save me money. He was also willing to use some of my own materials (skylight) on the job without an extra charge. Lead time was only ~4 days, the worked started on time and finished ahead of schedule, and the final cost was on budget. The owner is very hands-on and besides providing the estimate was also part of the installation crew. It was really nice to deal directly with the owner during all phases of the project, especially when I wanted to add some additional work that was not part of the original bid. I would definitely recommend Daniel and Integrity NW Roofing. Competitive pricing, great service, high quality and a really nice company to deal with."

"Great! Our flat roof was pooling water and our traditional part of the roof had no ventilation. Eugene's crew came to complete repairs. The crew of 4 arrived right on time at 8 am, they began disassembling part of the roof while materials arrived from Eugene, the owner. The worked all day and were done around 3:30 pm. I asked if I could go on the roof and see what they did and Florindo, the lead of the crew, gave me the run through of what they did. Then they cleaned up the whole job and left with the waste for the day. The crew was great and Eugene went out of his way to make sure the job was done right, he came and inspected the roof work about after the crew left."
