"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"They custom make the windows and Fed-Ex them to you. We installed them ourselves to save money. Once we put them in, we couldn't hear outside noise anymore. It made a world of difference. "I was extremely impressed form start to finish. Punctuality and level of communication were beyond ennything I could have expected. Ac would show up at dawn and get the crew started and he woudl be back at dusk to inspect the work. The roof was installed flawlessly. When we discovered some rotted trim he was able to suggest the most economical and effective way to have it replaced and he had the gutters reattached properly as well all at an extremely reasonable price.
What really impressed me was that two days later I thought I had a leak in the roof. AC and his forema were here within an hour of my call to inspect their work. I have not seen as much pride in workmanship in some time. It turned out that there was no leak. Some rain water had spilled on one of my large leafy potted plans and dripped off the leaves. We were all quite relieved. And he and the foreman But while they were here they identified a problem with one of the downspouts and fixed it.
I would reccommend this company to all my friends for their work. The owner also has very good suggestions and ideas for dealing with issues.

"We just had our roof done by Tycos and couldn't be more pleased. They exceeded our expectations. They were so nice, on time, everything was cleaned up and put back. They went above and beyond. After hearing roofing nightmares from friends and being frustrated with other roofers we met with.  So many seemed to just want to take advantage of insurance money and seemed so sleezy - we were so frustrated.  We did not have that experience with Tycos.  They gave us an honest estimate and Tycos knocked it out of the park and the price was GREAT!!!! I have already recommended them and will continue to do so. I will also call them for future work. It is so great to find an A1 company to work with that we feel like we can trust and they show up when they say they are going to!!!
