"Luis performed multiple projects including patching and painting damaged drywall, painting base of outdoor deck, placing saddles in a number of doorways, repairing damaged concrete floor and installing wood flooring, and adjusting the closing mechanism on a glass door by adjusting the hinges. His workmanship was excellent and he was very knowledgeable about all the details needed to accomplish a good result. I will be hiring him for all future house projects. I highly recommend him."

"Ricardo is a a very patient ,responsive, and personable person. I received an estimate on a Thursday and we started the job  a few days later on Monday. The whole job which was a lot of space to cover took 6 days and they arrived early and stayed late when necessary.               
They removed molding and repainted it which is rare with floor installation specialists . In the past, when I had this done at another one of my properties I had to get a  painter to do this trim work. It was nice that they did everything and I didn't have to call someone else to do the paint and molding work.
They also covered everything with plastic throughout my house. I was a little nervous given I have a lot of high end electronics and speakers but  they were covered properly. 
 My house looks great and overall is was a very good experience.

He also re-installed our front door after we discovered that the person who had initially installed it did not ensure it was plumb. This was a complex job which he did with great care and efficiency, ensuring that no detail was missed (as an example, he noted that when the door was re-installed, the door sweep was just barely making contact with the door sill, so he replaced it with a taller door sweep to ensure a tight seal). They finished the front door with a beautiful high gloss paint which was done meticulously! "tThe crew arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled. The job appears to be very professional. They spent time with us afterwards to explain what they found and how it was rectified. Since the issue was intermittent leaks we do not have absolute proof that the the issues has been fixed but have had no issues since the repair was done.

"We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."
