"I had a very bad heating system malfunction and our furnace's fan just broke off on right when there was snow blizzard. I had to call people and I was given estimate of 2,000$ that is when someone referred me to "Raleigh Cary HVAC & Refrigeration, LLC". And they did it for merely 620$ and did outstanding job. They were courteous, polite, professional and did way more than I had hired them for; they inspected my other unit (for free) and recommended that I did not need to do anything, they conducted free test of my existing vents and recommended that I get two more vents upstairs where I am always having heating issues. On the way out the owner asked me "brother your front door has these wood planks peeling out let me fix it for you and don't worry about paying". They fixed it also. All in all I paid them 620$ and felt bad for paying much less than what they did. I will always recommend "Raleigh Cary HVAC & Refrigeration, LLC" for any HVAC work."

"I used Streamline Services to replace my HVAC system and to install insulation on the ductwork in my basement in August 2024, and unfortunately that was an extremely expensive mistake. We have since had them out 7 times that I have record of to repair issues related to the ductwork insulation, at extreme disruption to mine and my husband’s jobs which are based in our home, and on 2 of those occasions they also had a manager supervising. It’s the least of my concerns at this point but they left a mess each time they came, insulation scraps and screws all over the place and tape stuck to the floor. After all that, the insulation has never been properly adhered to the ductwork and has fallen down repeatedly, there are multiple areas all over our basement where the fiberglass insulation is exposed and where the tape has visibly lifted and the insulation is just resting on top of the duct. Their communication is somehow even worse than their workmanship. I’ve been trying to speak to a manager about a refund since December (I have record of 10 such inquiries I made in that time) and I’ve either been ignored or told that someone will call me and it never happens. They did give me a refund that amounted to roughly 8% of what I paid for the duct wrapping about two weeks ago, without contacting me or letting me know which I found odd, however that is not at all reflective of what I should be refunded after all of this and I think they just did it in hopes that I would leave them alone. I really wanted to resolve this with them amicably and have been exceedingly patient with them but unfortunately that goodwill hasn’t been reciprocated. We paid for our ducts to be wrapped and sealed and I think it’s clear we didn’t get what we paid for."
