"I had to have a complete change out of my HVAC system. From the beginning of the service call with Joe the service manager to Drew the sales advisor it was a great experience. When the installers Rob and Seth arrived, they were on time. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They laid tarps down to protect the carpet and everything was nicely cleaned up when they finished. The replacement / installation was completed efficiently, and the system was tested and Seth explained the thermostat ops. Rob and Seth make a great team. Seth went above and beyond and brought in the heavy box of dog food that was delivered that morning from the porch. What an awesome job. Thank you Maynor HVAC."

"From my consultant, Terry H, to installers Moises A & Jose L, and the office support staff, everyone did an awesome job. Terry reviewed our needs and recommended a high quality Mitsubishi mini split heat pump to condition a garage/workshop, that effortlessly cools what used to be a super hot garage. Looking forward to experiencing how well it heats this winter. Moises and Jose were top notch installers who did an extremely professional and ultra neat job getting everything installed and working great. The office staff was also on top of scheduling the install, walkthrough, and final inspections. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Carolina Comfort Air."

"Came before scheduled time and gave me options. Had replaced and was completed professionally."

"Quick, easy fix has it back up and running with no issue. One part had burned out and they had it on hand. Took about 15 minutes total. Only issue was the cost. At 150, it was as much as I initially paid for it - got on clearance. Only got it fixed because to properly replace a fridge of that quality, it would have been double for a new one."

"Answered all my questions and dealt with my concerns. Made sure I got all rebates and/or discounts I qualified for. Guys who installed it were great. So far, overall good experience. Waiting for rebate check from heat pump manufacturer."

"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

"Short: Had them replace my upstairs full HVAC system, completely walked through all possible options to make it perfect and extremely happy with every single employee that I came in contact with from Jon the owner, to Jordy the air flow expert to the installers Wayne and Kevin. Will only use them for service/maintenance/issues going forward. Long: We had a different AC company come out for a tune up, they said that our blower needed to be replaced and that there was mold found. It was going to be close to $1k to replace so I started looking at replacing the whole system since it was 10 years old. Comfort Monster came out and actually showed me the system and that there wasn't any mold or growth that he could find. He told me in his opinion the system looked exactly like a 10 year old system should and there wasn't anything that needed to be done. He stated flat out he wouldn't suggest doing anything instead of trying to sell me on anything. I work from home full time and it gets really uncomfortable so I made the decision to do it anyway. Jon was in contact with me and gave me an awesome price on an amazing system. Jordy came out and walked through everything I could do to improve the system from increasing/decreasing ducts in the attic to adding a media filter. I had never heard of a media filter, but went with it because I wasn't changing my filters in the 12 foot ceilings like I should have. Installers were awesome. So courteous, they actually put down a plastic strip up our stairs so as not to track anything. In addition put down protection under the attic so as not to damage the floors. Extremely happy with the whole experience, will be recommending them to everybody."

"ARS services are expensive but their work is first rate. This was an emergency call to replace two ruptured water heaters in my attic. ARS had a service technician at my house within two hours. Replacement water heaters were installed and associated repairs were made. Manuel and Henry did excellent work. They were courteous, professional, and highly qualified."

"Everyone from Delta Heating & Cooling were highly professional and courteous. Everything was done as quoted. Michael, the sales rep came back during the install to make sure everything was going smoothly and afterwards to answer any questions. Kelley at the office was very nice and responded quickly to my requests. I would recommend Delta to anyone looking to have their HVAC system replaced."

"My new Trane heat/a.c. Is up and running. More helpful would be reviews on how things are working two, three years down the road. Also they did a bait and switch on me. I thought I was buying a Trane thermostat but they installed an inferior product. Repeated emails to fix the problem have been ignored."
