"I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again."

"Price was about average, can't complain - don't remember exactly how much or exact service date (disclaimer).  Company screwed up the scheduling.  Installer was busy with personal life and we had to work around their schedule.  Inconvenient.  Came out and sprayed insulation in the garage.  They left the door open to the basement so the entire chemical smell inundated the basement.  The spray was general even but there seemed to be small holes and spaces generally through out the insulation.  When I inquired about the small spaces the response was they generally use the small spray cans you can get at Home Depot\Lowes but that they didn't have any.  I said I would take care of it myself, I had enough inconvenience with the screw up in scheduling.  Other than that went well - it's not that involved, just spray foam. 
They did clean up the mess relatively well, but not perfect."

"I emailed Blake through the email on their website after considering a few other contractors. I was contacted promptly and he set up an appointment around my work schedule. He was on time for the appointment, and brought an associate. I had previously explained that I had a 1950's ranch with lower ceilings as was customary for that decade. I wondered if there would be a way to vault the ceiling or make any kind of elevated ceiling in my family room by extending it up into my attic space. They looked at my exterior roof, attic and family room and what existing support there was for my current roof. We discussed a few options and they explained the complexities given my current roof configuration and support. They did a more thorough assessment than the other contractor I had contacted previously and gave me an honest answer as to the costs. I ultimately decided not to purse the project. However, if I wanted to move forward they would have been my first choice. I felt confident in their knowledge level and really appreciated their honesty. They are clearly skilled professionals and I would recommend them to any of my friends or family members.
