"The job is about replacing 6 old windows with Harvey vinyl and two interior doors. David is very responsive. He gave me a quote immediately. The whole process is actually quite smooth. They arrive on time, clean and vacuum all the wastes. I can feel they are very professional. They finish all the work in one morning including caulking which is amazing. However, they seems to be in rush. Although overall quality is ok, I find some details which are not well taken care of. For example, the frame around the door is not placed even. The caulking is not thorough. I can still see the crack. I plan to paint by myself to make them look better. Based on their professionalism, they can do better. Next time, I will ask them to slow down. Still want to hire them for the basement remodeling."

We called a few contractors to get estimates, John called us back in a timely manner while the others either didn't call back or waited a week or longer. We looked at that as to say US Home Improvement is serious about their business and about our time. John and his son both came to speak with us and give an estimate. John knows his stuff and his knowledge and confidence put us at ease. When they started work, they started when they said they would and finished in a week. They worked Saturday and Sunday! We added a few extras to our plans, an extra outdoor light, new front door with more "presence" and we asked them to "do something with the ugly deck pillars" We didn't know what could be done but, they did. Our front door and deck look great. John was always available to take calls and answer questions. Again we are thrilled with the workmanship and any other aspect you could think of. People have stopped their cars to tell how nice the house looks. We will hire them for any other work we do. I can't recommend them enough!"

We have a 120-year-old Colonial house, which is in good shape, except that the front portico and a side entrance were both falling apart. Dean gave us several different ideas about how we could replace or repair them, and he encouraged us to think creatively about what we want. We decided to add a large farmer's porch to the front of our house and redesign the side entrance. "We hired Joseph to install a new under-cabinet microwave that did not match the footprint of the old one, requiring some tile work. He did a great job and you can't tell that some serious rejiggering was required. He also did a great job replacing several old, single pane, oddly sized windows. Clearly the previous owners couldn't have been bothered to find non-factory size windows, but he sourced great replacements, did a beautiful job installing them promptly, dealt with supply chain issues with grace, and even included finishing touches we hadn't thought of, like installing a curtain rod and curtain for a shower window. The windows and microwave have been there a couple years now and are doing great!"

"This project was a relatively minor renovation of a bathroom: replacing sink, toilet, shower door, countertop, backsplash, mirror, faucet, light fixture, towel bars, and other accessories, and then painting. It went extremely well throughout. Superior was quite busy with larger projects, but the scheduling was quick, and the work was done when promised. Brandon could not have been more professional or responsive, his workers were all great, work quality was outstanding, and they were fastidious in maintaining a clean work environment, keeping dust out of the rest of my home, and cleaning up after themselves. Can't say enough good about them. Will definitely use again.
