"Luis performed multiple projects including patching and painting damaged drywall, painting base of outdoor deck, placing saddles in a number of doorways, repairing damaged concrete floor and installing wood flooring, and adjusting the closing mechanism on a glass door by adjusting the hinges. His workmanship was excellent and he was very knowledgeable about all the details needed to accomplish a good result. I will be hiring him for all future house projects. I highly recommend him."

"The floor repair was excellent. Even my contractor, who was doing other work in the house and tends to be critical said how well the repair was done. The rest of the process was also excellent. We paid extra for dustless service, which. while it does not eliminate all dust, in my view, reduced it greatly. The only reason that i did not give them 5's across the board is that i had some minor damage to some of the furniture they moved.

"Jim and his team were knowledgable, professional and very thorough in their work.  We are very pleased with the results.  Jim is creative and finds a way to get things done when faced with challenges.  We had a 2nd story window which was difficult to reach due to landscape and Jim handled it smoothly and with no problem.  His team was conscientious and took their time to make sure each opening was done properly to insure a weatherproof installation.  We highly recommend Trust Builders LLC and are making arrangements to use them again on a basement remodel."

"When American Jewel installed the door I gave them A grades as I thought they did an excellent job.  But after using the door for a few weeks I noticed the dead bolt didn't close completely, but only about 2/3, and also noticed the screen door was no longer aligned properly, so although it closed and looked right, the door was slightly off and it would no longer lock.  I called American Jewel and they scheduled the installer to return and make the minor corrections.  The installer did not show up.  When I called American Jewel again, they did not return my calls. I complained to Angie's List, and via their complaint resolution process American Jewel contacted me.  They were very apologetic and attributed it to a mix up, accepted responsibility and sent the installer to my home to make the minor corrections.  I would use American Jewel again, despite this hiccup, as my wife and I like the door they installed, feel we received excellent value, and ultimately American Jewel followed through on the minor problems I described and corrected them all."

"We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."

"Overall we had a great experience with Remodeling Concepts Inc. Dereck the owner is very personable and has an outstanding working crew.  Chris and John worked on the demolition and removal of debris in the kitchen.They were also meticulous with the installation of the custom cabinets which included two supporting post, two tier island and complete crown molding. Chris and John also did a wonderful job installing the hardwood floors in the living and dining room. Julio worked on the sheetrock details. He also worked on the installation of the floor tiles and backsplash which is a tedious job but Julio was masterful with his craft. Although George was a late addition to the team he was helpful in assisting when needed. The communication between the crew and us was great. They made sure to explain each phase of the project and if we had any questions or concerns the crew was more than happy to make sure we were pleased. Dereck was in constant contact with us at all times and was very flexible with our busy schedules. The whole process of remodeling our kitchen was overwhelming at times but Remodeling Concepts Inc. exceeded our expectations of the final product. We look forward to work with Remodeling Concepts Inc. on our future home projects.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
