"I purchased a heat pump, furnace and A/C unit in 2009 from Standard Heating & Air Conditioning. Since that time I have participated in the Smart Club and technicians come out twice a year for routine maintenance. The technicians have always been knowledgeable and thorough. This year was no exception. Ben came out to do the routine maintenance and address problems with the pump. In addition to being able to identify the issue and rectify it, he communicated with me and showed me some proactive things I could do to mitigate problems in the future."

"Great service, fast response time, tech (Vitaliy) was outstanding, going above and beyond the basic repairs needed for a faulty bearing on a newer motor. Gave me a few lessons about heating and a/c I was not to familiar with, even though i am an electrician, although in the power production end. Really, really great response with me and my wife, and very "on it" with all phases of the industry. Will definitely use Hvac Doctor again!!!"

"I just signed up for the Heating & Air service. They will be out on the spring to service the air."

"I had my 27-year-old furnace and a/c replaced by them. The entire process was effortless. Joe and John were great to deal with. The 2 techs that came out were very friendly and efficient. They had the whole project done in less than a day. The clean-up and explanation of the new system met and exceeded my expectations. The new furnace works great and is much quieter than the old one. We only had a chance to run the air for one day, and it also worked very well. I would highly recommend Air Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning for furnace and a/c replacement"

"Great service all around! Thanks to all the guys for their hard work. Would definitely recommend your company."

"The electrician kept talking about unrelated issues and trying to sell me additional services rather than focusing on diagnosing the actual problem I have."

"The price for boiler and install was better than other vendors. Chris was willing to answer questions via email. They were able to install the same week. Chris came over the next week to look at an issue we had that ended up being operator error on our part on existing parts of our in floor heating system. Great response, great service. Highly recommend."

" On Friday afternoon at 4:30, we discovered that our A/C unit was not cooling. A call was placed to our regular service provider, but they couldn't come out till next week.  We found the information on Air Comfort Heating and Air Systems and were pleased with the reception we received from Christi - especially since we were new customers and it was late Friday afternoon.  She dispatched a technician and we had a follow up call from the technician to let us know he was on his way.   On his arrival, we learned he was the owner of the company. Talk about service.  He was thorough in his assessment of our system and unfortunately it was just too old to be saved.  James was thorough in discussing our options were and after reviewing those options, we decided to replace both our A/C unit and furnace with a more efficient unit. We were thrilled to learn that he could have his technicians here on Monday morning at 7:30 am.  Monday came and his technicians arrived right as promised.  The two technicians who performed the service were clean cut, knowledgable, respectful of our property, and quickly got to work.  They laid down tarps to protect our floors and when they left the house was a clean as when they arrived.  The technicians did a great job of keeping us informed of their progress and later that morning the owner, James, stopped by to check on their progress. By 3:00 we had cool air running through our system. When it came time to pay, the bill was exactly was the estimate was. No hidden surprises.  We couldn't have been more happy with our experience with Air Comfort Heating and Air Systems and look forward to using them for our regular service in the future.  I must say their customer service really stands out and we have already referred them to several of our neighbors without hesitation."

"I will not know until spring whether there are any issues with the repair. The plumber was on-time, professional, and seemed to know what he was doing. However, the cost of $168/hour was simply too much. I feel there is a professional plumber out there that can do a good job, but at a more reasonable price. I will keep looking."
