"I tapped Choice Home Remodeling for a project involving exterior doors. I spoke to the service manager, Lonnie, who was very helpful and accommodating in scheduling the work. Lonnie called me a few days later to inform me he could have the techs out two weeks earlier, which was greatly appreciated. Tim, the installer manager, and Brian arrived for the service call. From the beginning, they were very polite and professional, and upon speaking to them, I knew they were very knowledgeable and competent. "Dan was punctual and polite and delivered exactly what I asked for. He really listened to me and gave me two closets that I really love. One closet was my own design and he executed it exactly as I envisioned it. Dan reinforced our bathroom towel bar and hung the new medicine cabinet as well as mounted several more wall hooks than anticipated, plus hanging two wall mirrors. Before he left, he quickly fixed the hinges on two of my kitchen cabinets at no charge. One of my favorite projects is the new barn door on our laundry room. Dan made sure that he communicated with me regarding all possible configurations of the door before beginning the project. I will always call Dan for all my projects."

"Dan and his son Tyler did an outstanding job. The basement was broken up in separate spaces including a 22' by 7' area which will double as a plant room during the winter time. He installed a counter and sink in this space and added a floor to ceiling built in bookshelf. To close off this area from the main space, he also installed a barn door which looks great. In the main area the work was done to perfection. The bathroom is a little jewel and we could not be happier with the work that was done. Dan and Tyler also went above and beyond when they moved furniture from the main floor to the basement and also put up additional shelves for us. I told Dan to pencil us in for the same time next year to update our main bathroom!"

"Initial person was too chatty, too much information, overwhelming. Later more succinct. Workers who did test & insulation (blower door test to reveal air leaks). Workmen were sufficient and polite. Two years later discovered they had caulked Marvin windows which should NOT be caulked in order to wash them w/ moveable parts. It cost me $175 to have them repaired or caulking removed. This was done & I submitted a bill 11/13/14 and have not been reimbursed yet. Have called 2x's to remind, last time man said he thought it was done and he would see about it. That was 3 weeks ago the last time and 7 weeks from the first reminder. It is now 2/24/15."

Jeremy was able to customize my contract to my needs and deliver a reasonable cost estimate. Larry installed the equipment very quickly and was super responsive and helpful after the installation was complete. This is where they really went above and beyond, because they could have just moved to their next job, but the follow-up was terrific."
