I called the office and told them i was looking to replace my system. Sal came to my residence the same day I called and before he left he told me exactly what the job was going to cost, but then I hit him with the rest of the project. I wanted a Bosch system with a full duct replacement with all hard ductwork no flex duct, and the work to include removal of the entire old system including flex duct, then moving the interior unit to a more central area in my attic and raising all the hard ducts as high as possible giving me so much more room and easier passage through out the attic. They also installed a multi unit Samsung mini split, one head at about 30 feet and a second head about 100 feet. Once again, I requested the Samsung brand and sizes 12000 & 18000. Unit also has connections for 2 more heads if I ever wish to add more. "

I hesitated at the thought of after-hours fees, but Tom said, “Join the club, and there won’t be a fee.” Simple and smart. I wholeheartedly recommend Swift Services. I'd gladly refer them to single moms, college students, or anyone who may feel unsure or overwhelmed when facing appliance issues. No pressure, no scare tactics—just trustworthy, efficient service. Exactly what you want when you're letting someone into your home. UPDATE: At 6pm i called because the AC was frozen (I thought.) EJ took the call, instead of the regular On Call Tech. He drove 40 minutes (I know this because the have a cool tracker) to come to my house. The AC was fine, again. I asked about a box on the side of the unit. Long story short, the previous homeowners had the power company put a Demand Restrictor on the unit which is limiting electricity to my AC and causing my sleepless nights. That'll be rectified ASAP, by the power company. "No Charge," said EJ."
