"Any technician that shows up to service my heat pump is always professional, have great personalities, and very customer service oriented. I have never been disappointed. Recently I had a clogged drain pipe in the system that was leaking, I called and within an hour someone was at my door. "Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil. <br /> Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again. <br /> The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly. <br /> He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly. <br /> <br />"
