We had some problems with the product but that's really a product problem and not an installation problem, so I really can't fault them. You couldn't ask for a better crew to come out. Their professionalism and their ability to work with a customer is tremendous, along with their ability to work with one another. They were a pleasure to watch work. It's three guys who have been working together for so long, they know exactly what has to be done and when. They come in, get the job done right and are out. They're right on top of their job and make sure it's done professional. They're a good company."

Simply amazing!  From the estimate to the completion of the job, this company was top notch.  I needed a more cost effective solution than replacing a tub and all the tiles.  This was it and I could not be happier.  The end result was better than I imagined.

Pete, my technician was prompt, very courteous and meticulous about his work.  He kept me updated all along they way and provided clear directions for after care. 

Now that my tub and tiles are done, my floor is looking a little sad and neglected.  I'll be calling Pete and Miracle Method soon to fix that problem :-)

"My wife and I were very happy with the professionalism, courteousness and friendly demeanor exhibited by all of the Premier tradesmen assigned to our project. ?They were quick to explain what they were doing and what would ?be done next. ?We ran into a snag on our part when the paint chosen for the basement walls did not look as we had expected. ?They did not blink when my wife changed the paint, fortunately we were able to use that basement paint on another project. ?We used a separate company to install flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. Coordinating the two companies was extremely easy to do. ?The office staff was very accommodating and able to schedule work with little delay. ?
