"After years of issues related to poor ventilation and humidity in our master bathroom, we reached out to several companies to obtain quotes and determine how to best fix the issue. Max was very responsive and came personally to inspect the area and provide an assessment. More importantly, he offered and thoroughly explained a solution that could solve the problem - which is far more than other contractors did. We were able to schedule the installation of two ceiling fans - which required roofing outlets - quickly and efficiently. Max's team was out within 24 hours, and the work was completed within 1.5 days. They also were kind enough to modify the switch panels so the fans could be used independently with a timer function. Prior to work being completed, Felix stopped over to inspect everything and ensure it was all working correctly. The crew left the area spotless and ensured any debris was cleaned. Most importantly, our ventilation and humidity issues have been fully addressed and solved! I would highly recommend FB Construction to others and will be sure to use them in the future. "We were very happy with DemoWorks. The price was fair, the work was good and the workers friendly. Initially, my husband and I hired DemoWorks to remove two small walls/doorframes and to drywall our front hall closet. This was no easy feat considering our house is 100 years old, has mostly plaster walls, and had an old exterior wall now acting as an interior wall in our home. We also wanted, what we thought were, two old, capped gas pipes removed from our living room wall. When Monfilio and Drake arrived to do our project, Monfilio immediately stated that he believed the gas pipes were actually old electrical boxes. At this point, we had several estimates from other companies on the cost of removing these gas pipes and, yet, Monfilio was literally the only person to suggest that he believed these capped pipes were actually electrical and when we opened up the wall, he was right too. Monfilio was always willing to offer advice and information about the construction of our house. You could tell he has a great passion for homes. There was a small misunderstanding and he was willing to fix it so that we were completely happy with the project. He even stayed late (unprompted) to make sure it was 100% complete before he left. Long-story short, we were so impressed with the work that they have done for us that we actually asked them to come back to remove a third doorframe, after our first project was completed. At this point, all of our projects have been completed and we are very happy with the results. It is also worth noting that all the employees that have worked with us on our projects have been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely be hiring them to help us with other projects around our old home."

"Give Design First a call and do not think twice. They do everything from start to finish and made sure I did not have to worry about a thing. The best part is, I got to see a 3D colored rendering of what the potential project was like, anything and everything I wanted and needed, they made sure to include and were quick to make any changes to suit my desires! I will definitely hire them for my kitchen remodel this spring!"
