"My husband interviewed three different companies to insulate our house. Each one went through and described what they would do. Rich of Cellar to Attic, while not giving the cheapest bid, gave the most comprehensive one, and we hired him. He taught us his maxim of, "If I can't see it, I can't seal it." We did a bit of demo (which he would have happily done--we saved a bit of money doing it) following his directions. He was great to work with! Easy-going, very reasonable, conscientious about our pets. We had the house tested before and after--Rich's work almost halved the amount of air that was flowing through our house, which was more than we'd hoped! Rich does great quality work at a fair price. I can't recommend him highly enough."

"From the original request for an estimate to the service of installing, we were very pleased with Rockweiler. We received more than six quotes and went with Rockweiler because they were honest with us and didn't try to oversell us. We first reached out to them in 2016. They asked us if we were planning to have any work done inside the house, and when we shared that we would be redoing the kitchen, they told us that we would want to wait to get the insulation. None of the other folks told us that. Had they not shared that with us, all the work we would have done would have needed to be re-done after the kitchen work. Additionally, when we asked them their thoughts on removing old insulation before putting down the new, they were honest and said in most cases it just wasn't necessary. There were other companies that quoted us this service and it double the cost of insulation. The staff in the office were also always very helpful and provided us without resources and information we found to be helpful. Highly recommend Rockweiler!"

"We are very happy with the work done on our remodeled bathrooms. Patrick and his assistant Mick proved to be very skilled craftsmen. We had a wide variety of projects for them to complete and they did them all in a professional and timely manner. They both have great communication skills as well. "On the recommendation of the energy inspector, I was redoing the wall between my garage and house. So I needed it to be air sealed and insulated, and then drywalled. In addition I had them insulate above my garage, to try to help out with heat loss in the winter given that heat wouldn't be leaking into the garage from the house anymore. As usual they did a great job. There were a few days where they had to show up late, but they kept me informed about when they would arrive. They were friendly and kept me informed about what they were doing. I was very happy with the work and have no complaints. I will definitely hire them again for any future insulation / air sealing projects!"

"Exterior Renovations were professional and prompt for all the appointments and project days.  They either called or e-mailed with up-dates on weather delays. <br /> I was surprised that my material options within my budget were ascetically reasonable and environmentally practical.  <br /> The weather bumped my first scheduled rip-off day and then again, but as soon as it was safe and dry the rip-off and replacement of the roof took one day.  The gutters and downspouts were next, and were not bumped and went up in an afternoon. <br /> Exterior Renovations crew was friendly to both me and my dog at all the appointments and project days.  <br /> Parking in downtown Madison is difficult at the best of times, but their crew was courteous to my neighbors and juggled the dumpster pick-up and removal so that there were no troubles. <br /> When the roof was removed they did find rot - this was brought to my attention immediately and a solution was discussed and decisions were made on site. <br /> I did like that they sent out a crew after the work was done and the dumpster was removed to do a final clean-up and magnet the yard for any nails, along with recycling the materials removed (that could be recycled). <br />"
