Unfortunately, I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up that ended up requiring a fairly specific indoor unit that AES did not offer, so I had to go with another company. "Brooks has been servicing our units for a while. Unfortunately the units originally installed in the home needed to be replaced. Alex came out and gave us a good system that more that met our needs and was reasonable with the price. Within a few days two excellent techs came out to remove the old heat pump/ac unit. One minor mishap occurred and the company, tech and Alex could not have been more gracious about it and resolved the issue quickly. These guys really care. Both techs were excellent, knowledgeable and tidy. Alex checked in with us and the techs to check in and make sure things were running smoothly.
