"I had to have a complete change out of my HVAC system. From the beginning of the service call with Joe the service manager to Drew the sales advisor it was a great experience. When the installers Rob and Seth arrived, they were on time. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They laid tarps down to protect the carpet and everything was nicely cleaned up when they finished. The replacement / installation was completed efficiently, and the system was tested and Seth explained the thermostat ops. Rob and Seth make a great team. Seth went above and beyond and brought in the heavy box of dog food that was delivered that morning from the porch. What an awesome job. Thank you Maynor HVAC."

"Came before scheduled time and gave me options. Had replaced and was completed professionally."

"The repairman was running a little early, and he called me to say he was on his way. I was able to meet him at home, and he quickly diagnosed the problem as stripped gears on the icemaker. He quickly installed a new icemaker. I'm pleased with the promptness, the call ahead and the service. Will call them again."

"Answered all my questions and dealt with my concerns. Made sure I got all rebates and/or discounts I qualified for. Guys who installed it were great. So far, overall good experience. Waiting for rebate check from heat pump manufacturer."

"From my consultant, Terry H, to installers Moises A & Jose L, and the office support staff, everyone did an awesome job. Terry reviewed our needs and recommended a high quality Mitsubishi mini split heat pump to condition a garage/workshop, that effortlessly cools what used to be a super hot garage. Looking forward to experiencing how well it heats this winter. Moises and Jose were top notch installers who did an extremely professional and ultra neat job getting everything installed and working great. The office staff was also on top of scheduling the install, walkthrough, and final inspections. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Carolina Comfort Air."

"Streamline Services is my go to place for plumbing and hvac repairs. I always have fantastic and speedy service. My last service call was truly exceptional and worth taking the time to review. I knew I needed my water heater replaced, and also a repair to my air conditioning system. I didn't feel pressured, and the technician answered every question I had, and I did not feel rushed into any decision. From the first phone call, to the time of install, I received nothing but great customer service. I won't call anyone else."

"Flawlessly, as best as I can tell here the day after the service was completed. Neatest job done by any provider for this kind of service, and this is our 4th heat pump system at this address."

"Jason Hogg did an exceptional job installing our new hot water heater. We have an Apollo heating system which largely depends on hot water flowing to HVAC. No water heater =No heat. The tank he replaced had lots of issues many due the last technician who installed it. Between water pressure way to high, Inappropriate ventilation, and several other deep concerns which basically broke down a 5 year old water heater. Jason was excellent at explaining what went wrong and what & why the new heater was need. We now have a bigger tank hooked up correctly! We will be adding better ventilation for the new tank. There were also issues with the older turning handles on our main water shut off that he replaced. I also must add that we had another before technician before Jason who came to service our water heater we requested. He informed us what we needed a technician for the Apollo systems water heater. Problem: quote way to low Jason dealt with our rage over price diff. He was fabulous a"

"The replacement of my HVAC, was done professionally. It took longer than I expected, but didnt know if it was normal. Their clean up at the end was a bit slack. I would recommend them."

"My new Trane heat/a.c. Is up and running. More helpful would be reviews on how things are working two, three years down the road. Also they did a bait and switch on me. I thought I was buying a Trane thermostat but they installed an inferior product. Repeated emails to fix the problem have been ignored."
