We purchased a new thermostat but realized that we needed a C-wire for the thermostat to work. We had a C-Wire, however it did not have power because it was not connected, so we called RighTime. As soon as I finished speaking with the front office, Ian called and stated they would have the technician Trevor out to our house in 45 minutes. WOW fast service and we love it.
