"I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Emerald House Appeal. We had a recent move from a larger to a smaller home. The boxes towered everywhere, from the garage to the bedrooms. It was daunting to tackle. Add to the mix I use a walker/cane and had also just injured myself. Looking at the task, I called Emerald House Appeal and spoke with Jason. I asked if aside from cleaning would they tackle unpacking, putting away, organizing etc. He was more than helpful. The next day 3 people came, Mindi, Felasia and Ivan. They. Were. Amazing! They were able to take stock of the situation and dive right in. Ivan handled all the heavy work. Moving, lifting, carrying. Organized the daunting task of the garage, shelving and breaking down boxes and trash. Mindi and Felasia took stock and started with the kitchen. The three of them took the stress we were experiencing and just lifted it from our shoulders. Mindi, Felasia and Ivan did everything that needed to get done, unpack, put away,organize, clear the garage, move shelves, hang paintings, pictures, mirrors, break down boxes, consolidate waste. it was amazing for me. The stress of everything just melted away. What I found the most remarkable, all 3 did not hesitate to say "What do you need, what do you need done, we are here, we can do it". Jason would call to check in, "How is it going, all well, do you need anything else?" Truly, I felt the most important person around! I cannot Thank Emerald House Appeal enough, Jason for helping set it up and his follow through. Most especially though, a great big Thank You to Mindi, Felasia and Ivan, you worked hard and brought it all together for us, we appreciate you all!"

"Jessica was hired fir a full-house move-out cleaning with multiple deatiled tasks and deep cleaning for years of dust, etc. She came out for an extensive walk-through of everything i pointed out, taking notes, which impressed me she wasn't "committing it to memory" since my appt was scheduled weeks in advance. She was on time, extremely friendly and very customer service oriented. She didn't shy away from any request. I did a thorough walk-through afterward and while there were about a dozen little things missed or partially completed after their 6-hour cleaning (2 person) she was in full agreement they needed more attention and they were quick to comply. Many of the tasks were performed far better than I could have achieved, and their cleansers were not only very effective but smelled wonderful. There were only a handful of things that I improved on the next day when there was full daylight again, and the dimmer lighting probably played a part in the prior late afternoon's cleaning, so I don't think those touch-ups were a true reflection on her team's quality of performance. Her work is guaranteed and I actually needed to call her back for a small area we both missed during the final walk-through, to which she responded ASAP and was diligent to ensure my satisfaction. She's a very pleasant and reliable person to hire for her services! I would do so again in a heartbeat! And have been recommending her to my neighbors and friends."
