He FOUND that the copper cooling line was ORIGINALLY installed at a 3/4” connection but downsized to 1/2” and caused a huge strain on the system. So he handled replacement of the pipe through the full height of the house to ensure the 3/4” connection was attached to 3/4” pipe. He also shared detailed hvac flow engineering with me to explain what the units should be vented like (size and location) based on the unit(s) installed. "There was very little work to do. They came out on time and I was happy for the professionalism, but there was nothing to do because it's a brand new system. The service is free for a year. I could have had them come out in April to check the air conditioning system, but since they just installed the unit in April, I didn't bother, but it would have been free. This fall, when I called him to check the furnace, he thought he was coming out to check the air conditioning, I said, "no, you're here to check the furnace because I'm going to be using the heat this fall".
