"Any technician that shows up to service my heat pump is always professional, have great personalities, and very customer service oriented. I have never been disappointed. Recently I had a clogged drain pipe in the system that was leaking, I called and within an hour someone was at my door. They realized the tech who came out the week before didn’t thoroughly blow the pipe out, and completed the job at no charge. You can’t go wrong with Tyler, I would recommend them to anyone!"

He didn’t have the part he needed on the truck, so he went out and bought it right away. He replaced the part and explained everything he did and how the part stopped the leaking. "Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil. <br /> Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again. <br /> The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly. <br /> He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly. <br /> <br />"

"We used Schede to replace our central air conditioner. Overall, we are satisfied with the new system and the price but the customer service was not satisfying. I think they did everything we needed in terms of the mechanical work. But they should better train their office help. After we agreed on the installation date, I asked what time the crew would arrive that morning. They gave a vague answer so I asked again the next day. But they arrived two hours later than expected. After they were done, we discovered that we needed a minor adjustment and scheduled a time for them to come. An hour after they were due, I called and was told they were not coming that day. The next day was the same ? I called after they were overdue and was told they were not coming that day. They finally came the third day. The technician solved the problem and was apologetic. But it was quite frustrating that they did not come as scheduled and did not initiate the call to say they would be late or there was a problem."

I took advantage of CT Rebate and Fed Tax Credit and purchased an efficient, 1st model year, high tech system from Carrier. After install there were some minor issues with unit as first year products have. Ryan expedited service of unit and had it operational. And itâ s been running flawlessly ever since. I highly recommend using them and Iâ ve been in the service business for 30+ years and know both good and badâ ¦ they are good! *Side note: Ct rebate program not that good. From what I hear people are not getting appropriate amounts due back to them.. that includes me. You have to keep after them. This is in no way a reflection of Kellyâ s Heating and Cooling"
