"I hired Burrows to replace my old water circulated radiant heat and my swamp cooler with duct/vent based heating/cooling. My old house presented some challenges but Richard and his installers figured everything out, even to the point of reworking several things to ensure the system worked to my satisfaction. They were incredibly patient with me as I asked questions throughout the process and they took the time to explain all the design tradeoffs. Richard and the installers were friendly and professional. Really nice people. The install was finished several weeks back and the heat is working perfectly. Waiting for warmer weather to test the central AC unit, but based on the heating performance, expectation is it will work perfectly. No more climbing up on the roof to service that swamp cooler. We were quoted a very fair price that was a bit lower than another company with no push to upsell anything and no hidden costs or surprises. Best of all, the install came in under the quoted price. I am very happy with the entire install and highly recommend Burrows."

"I called Ryan because my 15 year old furnace was not functioning. The heat exchangers had pinholes and the secondary exchanger was completely rusted out and clogged. Ryan did his absolute best to come up with the best solution for the least amount of cost to me. In the end the resolution ended up being a new furnace unit. This gentleman is transparent and honest. He took the time to explain to me why I needed a new furnace. He had the opportunity to cobble my old one together and charge me for labor, but his integrity shined through and he let me know it's not safe, and he's not comfortable doing that. I also took the opportunity to have him install a 4" filter box to prevent future system issues due to the awful 1" filter location. I will 100% call Ryan again in the future. Thank you Ryan and Carson!"
