"Very fast and efficient, Andrew and his partner tuned up my heating unit. They answered any questions I had and very professional. I have rescue club which is a monthly membership but you get one cooling and one heating tune up a year and it’s well worth it. The heating tune up alone is $196.00 but I paid nothing as it’s included in the rescue club membership. I would tell anyone looking for a company to use Jon Wayne. We had our entire heating and A/C unit replace a few years back with them. Highly recommend!"

"Prior "tune up" service provider apparently messed up the hvac and then tried to sell me a replacement scenario over $3000 or a new unit for over $4000.  Next Service guy, as above noted, explained all the problems and the disconnected wiring left by the prior folks, and said it could be fixed for around $200, but it cost $410 as indicated above.  I do not think he arbitrarily increased his bill--just found more stuff that needed fixing than originally contemplated, and had to make a second trip out with one of the parts needed.
