"Don was excellent. He performed a very thorough inspection of my system and clearly explained all his findings. My furnace is 20 years old, and despite finding many smaller issues he was not pushy about replacing the entire thing. He just gave an honest assessment of the condition. Don correctly found the issue with the blower (bad controller board) and fixed the cause of the failure (plugged drain pipe, causing water damage). After replacing the board the furnace is back up and running. I'll be giving them a call when it is time to replace the furnace."

"The heat pump was top grade. The work was very well done, professional and clean. They didn't leave any mess. They were informative and friendly. Definitely recommend them."

"For an emergency reason, I had to cancel this project! I would like to take a moment and greatly appreciate Dan and everyone in Heart Heating for their understanding and working with me! I definitely would recommend them to anyone! They provide an amazing customer service! Thank you!"

"Very professional. They did an annual service check on my furnace. While doing so, they found that my filter was wrong and could have caused major damage to the furnace. They were able to find me the correct filter in a timely manner. I'll be calling them whenever something is wrong or I need another furnace cleaning/check."

"Initially I requested an estimate for a plumbing project already in progress with some challenges. Keith responded immediately to get details and schedule to come out to look at what was needed. He proposed a solution that eliminated any impact to walls or tile to replace old valves and faucets. He and his team completed the work on time and were neat and professional and results were better than I expected. There was no damage at all to what was old tile. I subsequently had him assess an old water heater and decided to replace it. It had to go into a very small areas and be upgraded to code and he was able to solution the replacement to fit perfectly in the limited space. Previously on the project we had noticed a periodic odor of gas but no one had verified a source. Keith identified a leak in the area of the furnace right next to the water heater. We had decided to upgrade the furnace and AC and again Keith and his team were able to get an order in quickly, get the install done exactly as committed and fixed the gas leak in the process. Based on the quality of work performed in each case and the expertise of the team I hired Plumbing Tree again to assess an old furnace and AC at my primary residence. The furnace had been failing at the end of the winter but I waited for summer to replace and it had deteriorated and was not safe. Keith evaluated and gave me two options and was able to get the order in immediately after I decided to go ahead. He scheduled the install within a few days. His crew was on time and completed the install of furnace and AC in one day. Again they were neat, efficient, described all the changes from the old furnace and thermostat to the new and answered all my questions. Everything has been functioning just as I expected for both heat and AC. I recommend Plumbing Tree for these services based on quality and reliability - also cost was competitive and the team they used had the expertise required. Additionally they were easy to work with and I plan to use them again on another project. Thanks Keith and team- I appreciate the quality work!"

"My brother referred me to Comfair Heating and cooling. Habib installed a furnace and AC in my condo, Habib was very professional and his work was excellent. I am very happy with the work and will definitely refer Habib to my friends and family."

"They were very quick to provide an estimate and timely turn time on install. Everything was done on time and as promised. Highly recommend."

"Very Professional and did not hesitate to explain everything in detail. It is hard to find an HVAC company you can trust to show up and do it right the first time and I believe this is one. Will recommend for future jobs!"

"They were diligent in asking questions as they installed and explaining why they were doing various steps. At the end of the day spent time with us to explain the heat pump system and what to expect. Kept all the booklets in a bin by the furnace etc."

"The initial install went well, unfortunately the equipment installed had an issue and required both a new circuit board and new motor. I was kept informed of the progress of finding the replacement parts and the repairs were performed quickly and professionally. They truly stand by their products and service."
