That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "Called MJ Home Services to complete a inspection as I was having mold and water in my basement. It has been a pleasant experience from the beginning. John is a unique person that truly loves what he does and he is very intelligent when it comes to basements. The sump pump was allowing water to come up from the floor and causing mold. They sealed my basement and installed a drain system outside and my home smells better and is dry after the last rain we just got. Great company and great people that own it! "The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."

"The installation was completed quickly and efficiently and with high quality. The door include a pet door/flap too. On that note, make sure you a size that fits your pets. I have a medium size dog and her won't fit, and the person that ordered the door saw my pet, so not sure how the size turned out to be too small. However, I also have 4 cats and they can use the flap and I decided it was not the end of the world. I am still overall happy with the service and the overall door install."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
