Overall I would have to say this was a disappointing experience. I purchased a BigDeal and it took forever to get my project scheduled. I had a small job and maybe that's why it took so long. After the work was finally scheduled the job took 2 days to complete. Day 1 the floor was completely sanded & coat one laid down. However there was wood dust left over in places throughout the room. They need to clean their filters better before starting another job. To me, this is just plain laziness and unacceptable. Day 2, the second coat was applied, screened and clear-coated. After about two weeks I had noticed that they did not do a piece right in the doorway and a small strip behind the supply vent. It's actually the same piece of flooring. It looks horrible and I can't believe no one noticed it until well after the job was completed. We had carpet put down and those guys are the ones that pointed it out to us.. We were so embarrassed. I ended up doing that piece myself and it was a complete pain in the ***.

"Great!!! Chris Harmon takes his work very seriously. He is a skilled craftsman who is also a perfectionist and very detail oriented. I tend to be the type of person who notices those little things that are wrong and it can bother me. Not this time. I admire my floors constantly and can honestly say I haven't seen a thing about it that is wrong. While Chris was installing the flooring (which I purchased) i noticed a difference in the planks and it turned out that it was a different lot. Chris removed the planking as far back as he needed to and redid the area. He is trustworthy, reasonably priced, respectful, and professional. Safe to have in your home, too. All this is a rare find with a contractor. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future. i've had the floor for almost a year and not one problem. I don't remember the price I paid for the installation so i just put a number down to be able to submit the review."

"The Wyscarvers are an excellent organization with good carpentry & construction skills. Much other work such as plumbing, electricity, & roofing, etc., are done by subcontractors. All of the subcontractors did a good job, except for the electrician who was only average. Overall, they are a well organized company who good work."

"Jim & Ben were on it... and the den now looks great! It was a dark worn wood look and now it's fresh and beautiful! Fantastic job! Jim recommended (in changing dark wood to a light color) to caulk all cracks and that was a tremendous suggestion. Everything was sprayed and they used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint...the primer and new coats of paint are smooth, even and very professionally done...really awesome! Jim even came back after the job was completed to touch-up and make it extra nice! Please, take our advise, get a quote from Jim BEFORE you give the job out...you won't be disappointed:)"
