He was so knowledgeable and personable. I really felt comfortable with his level of expertise. Mike & Patrick showed up each day ready to work. Mike was very communicative; letting me know when he arrived and left each day and summarizing their progress. My cat was not stressed out by their presence, which was comforting as well. The ladies in the office were so friendly and professional.The design was refined to a Bryant Heat Pump for the main level with an Ecobee Thermostat and a Bryant Mini-split in the basement. This meant that I did not lose any closet space for vents and each system is well suited for their purpose. I would definitely recommend Onofreo! "I hired this company to Indy my air conditioner , it was represented by Tom . Hi seemed very nice and intelligent person , so I trusted him . If I only can imagine what they would do to my house I would never let this people close to my house . I am very disappointed and shocked about coming to my home and finding the disturbing mess and unprofessional work done. I have witnessed a few things in the previous days but have not said anything. What I came home to yesterday was disgusting and caused damage to my personal property. Oil was thrown into my shower, dirt all over my rugs in the basement, door broken, my towels beyond filthy with the mess your workers did.
