"Last April I purchased a brand new condominium. There was quite a bit of construction dust as well as some construction debris in the air ducts once the building was completed. I finally decided to hire Dustbusters Duct Cleaning this month to clean them out. The dryer vent was also cleaned and the central AC coil was inspected. Jeremy was the technician who performed the job. He was punctual, polite and courteous, and very knowledgeable. "I couldn't have been more pleased with the service from Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. They arrived a little early (after call me to inform me they were ahead of schedule). They then proceeded to spend the next four hours very thoroughly and carefully cleaning my two HVAC systems' air ducts. My property had been recently remodeled, so there was a lot of dust, but they also found that a lot of junk had been tossed into the floor vents from workers on the project, and so they cleaned it out. Also found that my new heat pump air handler was missing a filter. Again, very courteous, very professional. I would recommend very highly, and will definitely use them again."

"Stephen answered the phone directly when I called to make an appointment.  He said that he was available to come out that afternoon, if this was convenient..  I agreed, since we were home anyway because of power outages at work.  Stephen arrived as anticipated and spent a few minutes looking at the shed and its contents.  I also showed him an old exercize bicycle in the garage that I wanted removed.  He stated that he would e-mail me an exact estimate within a day or two, but anticipated the cost to be in the range of $800-$900.  I was somewhat taken aback by the amount since I had been quoted several hundred dollars less than this by the company I was planning to buy a new shed from.  I indicated to him that I would probably use this other company.  He said that he could take the exercize bicycle when he left, and proceeded to carry it out the garage and lift it into his truck.  He refused to accept payment or a even a tip for this.  The bike had been taking up badly needed space in our garage  for years, and for us it was extremely heavy (he hoisted it up with seemingly minimal effort...).  It may have been a small thing for him to do, but I was really appreciative.    If I need to hire anyone to haul away items in the future I plan on calling  Stephen."
