From there, we realized we had to work with him from seeing his quality of work and expertise. Ace handled everything from assisting us in designing the home with his Architect, to submitting the plans and all amendments, to expediting the permits, to delivering an end product that we are extremely happy with. He was kind enough to guide us in upgrades that weren’t originally part of our original scope of work that made sense and told us to stay away from certain products/design choices that were a waste. On top of that, he was extremely respectful and understanding throughout the entire process. We always felt we were in safe hands with Ace and his team. Looking forward to building another one with him within the next year."
