"This pro did a great job! They completely renovated our 99 year old home. They tore out and replaced everything inside, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and even the old, out of code wall studs that were discovered when the walls were taken out. They replaced all doors and windows as well to give a seamless look inside and out. They also added needed accessibility features. Outside, Imperial 1 replaced siding on the back porch and garage, replaced the garage roof, replaced a sagging sidewalk, and cleaned up the exterior bricks. They worked with our lender's consultant, appraisers, inspectors and the village building department to give us a beautiful new home on time and within budget. "We are moving and placing our house on the market.
