"The job went well overall. The owner was my contact with the estimate, which we felt was reasonable. He presented himself to be personable and professional as well as conservative in his estimate. We appreciated the fact that he didn't recommend that whole fence be torn down & replaced. The only problem I had was the way they put both gates in...they weren't flush with the fence. When I brought that to the owner's attention the next day, he had the problem corrected promptly."
