"Jody Ramon and Brian Owens were the lead men and Justin, a supervisor, and Nick Ecker, a salesperson were active members of this team. Cody helped install the 2nd day. Each of these men were more than I could ever expect. They did their part of the process and worked personally to service us as if we were family. They dealt with every concern we had, worked steadily for 2 and 1/2 full days, and left our home in better condition than they found it. The protected our carpets and cleaned up at the end of each work day. We have had an ongoing service relationship with Airco for over 10 years. So far, every person Airco has ever sent us has really serviced us outstandingly well. However, this removal and installation was over the top!! We really are pleased. The final chapter of the process will be schedule for next Wednesday when the Airco technician and the Sand Springs code inspector makes their final visit. Be sure to note that Jody and Brian have to be 2 of your very best crew members. Chris Holmes was our service man for several years but he now is doing commercial accounts for Airco. Jerry Evans, I believe his name is, now services our HVAC on a twice a year contract we have with you. Chris and Jerry are local Sand Springs residents and have really done our work well over the time period we have used Airco. But, this week with the men mentioned above has just been super!! They did everything and more than was ever promised. So far, we are really please with this big upgrade. For us, it was an extremely major decision and it went so well, thanks to this team that came together on our project!! We are so very grateful!!"

"Within days of contacting Raam with RDA Remodeling in Tulsa, OK, regarding extensive remodeling of our guest and master bathrooms, we received a detailed estimate based on our statement of work and physical walk through. The work estimate and detail was accurate and Raam quickly turned around requested changes. The cost estimate was comparable to other estimates we received. The walk through was thorough and Raam provided many design and repair suggestions that we had not thought of. Raam has a high level of knowledge in bathroom design and remodeling. Within a week the RDA Remodeling team started the demolition. The team tarps all adjoining areas and furniture and covers the major pathways with wide, heavyweight paper. They are very tidy with the work and ensure everything is cleaned up at the end of the day. The demolition work was completed as scheduled and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away as expected. In addition to the standard demolition, there was mold in the master bathroom wall that RDA cleaned out and remediated. The demolition included removing lights, toilets, tile, shower bulkhead, vanity, existing shower fixtures, shower enclosures, and tub surrounds. This work was performed at a high level. The team went on to complete the work required to remodel the two bathrooms; including,!framing showers and tub, upgrading old plumbing to PEX, tile floors, tile, showers, tile walls, tile tub surround, add lighting, updating electrical sockets, remodeling wallpaper and painting, replacing drywall, installing exhaust fans, installing sinks, installing shower kits and pans, installing toilets, installing folding shower seats, building a pony wall, and installing a barn door. The RDA team was on time everyday and worked a full day. The RDA project manager and foreman were knowledgeable on work sequencing and efficiently and effectively lead their team to perform quality work. "I initially contacted three separate companies about solar panel installation. Solergy is the only one who seemed interested in my business and called me back right away to schedule a consultation. Roderick, the Sales Rep, was able to set up an appointment for the following day. When he arrived, he was very professional and courteous. He explained thoroughly the benefits of having solar panels, the type of superior quality solar panels they install (with individual micro-inverters for each panel) (all with a 25-year warranty), the cost, rebates, and tax incentives involved, and the typical installation process... from local permitting (including submissions to our local HOA), to the physical installation of the panels. By the time he left, I felt my wife and I had all the information we needed to make a decision on how we were going to proceed. Our biggest debate was how big a system we wanted to put on our roof, but Roderick was patient with us while we discussed our options. We felt no pressure to rush things. He gave us the time we needed to make the best decision for our needs and intended purpose for the system. I appreciated that. On the day before installation day, they dropped off the pallets of panels and other hardware. I recommend having an area cleared in your garage or carport for when they drop it off to keep the items secure and the boxes from getting wet and soggy if it happens to rain in your area overnight. They worked quickly and efficiently on installation day, and had the complete system installed on my house in one full day. They got there at 7:30 in the morning, and they were done by 4-5 p.m. that afternoon. The crew was friendly and courteous, and answered all my questions about the installation as the day progressed. I was happy and satisfied with the installation, and it looked professionally done. A day or so later, they provided a system monitoring app I could use to monitor the health of my system, showing information from each individual panel, an overview, and a really cool feature, where you put in the price you’re currently paying (per kilowatt hour) for energy, and it will tell you the equivalent amount you are saving by having the system installed. All real-time information. I think it’s pretty cool. Overall, I think they did an excellent job, from the first inquiry to the follow-up visit and calls during and after the installation. "I screened in a big 2nd-level covered porch with a half-wall around it, with the intention of it being a three-season room.  
I am no carpenter, so this thing was not without imperfections.  Like, details that would make the job harder of anyone coming behind me.
When it came to siding the outside of this porch, I wasn't about to do this myself.  Tom and OSI had sided the rest of my house so I wanted the same quality and workmanship.  I needed this porch to look like it was made along with the rest of the house 35+ years ago.
We were not disappointed.  Tom and his crew exceeded our expectations--and our expectations were high.  And they went the extra mile with my concerns about protecting against water intrusion.  Very happy with the results, and I'm about to use him again on another project:  window installation, which he's also done for me in the past.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
