We later added removal of a wall and closet, replacing the dining room floor and painting the is one and the living room. We requested 7 quotes in total since this was a major project. The job started on the agreed date, and run as scheduled. Derek's team follows his professionalism, and they demonstrated a high level of expertise. Demolition (walls, closet, cabinets, etc), cleaning, framing, sheet-rock & taping, tile and back-splash work, plumbing and gas work, cabinets installation, electrical work, appliance installation, and painting were top. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Mr. Kaplan came out to my home and gave me a proposal. He worked with my insurance company and got it mostly covered. Mr. Garito and his staff came out to my home on time and worked very hard for about 8hrs. You can tell they take pride in what they do. There was one worker cleaning up the debris from the back and side of the house while the roof was being installed and he made sure to pick up ever nuk and cranny. "The provider came to our house to assess the problem.  They had installed the gutters a few years before, so we called them as we
liked their work.  The provider sent a worker out the next day.  He repaired the flashing and the siding, and found the ice dam problem. 
He returned to install a heating cable for the gutters.  He worked in a diligent and professional manner.
