It was a job that would normally demand two carpenters, working together to install, but amazingly, he was able to complete the entire job by himself. Multiple challenges faced him due to the construction of our home, but he was creative and resourceful in solving them. He was also an excellent communicator, and always showed up when he was scheduled. The finished product exceeded our already high expectations. They could of just covered the damage up and not say anything, but they brought it to our attention which was great. I actually bought 2 more windows when he came out. The people that measured were the only issue I had. I work from home but am still hourly. they arrived not as scheduled. There were 5 people here and was just a lot of commotion. I understand how important measuring is but felt they could have been more considerate of my time. "What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."
