I have taken and cleared more then 3 criminal records checks; have they? I know for a fact there is one owner of a locksmith business here at the beach that is owned by a felon. For what I hear and read is one of the nastiest things I have ever heard of from a Locksmith. "My Resort Lock 4000 failed with the handle breaking. Guest could not get out of the unit. James did not hesitate and went to the unit at 8:30 PM and rescued my guest. He was very aware of my upsetting situation and did everything he could to ease my pain! He installed a temporary lock until he could get a programmable lock the next morning. Promptly came back the next morning and installed new lock. The most incredible part is he only charged me for 2 hours. Very professional, caring locksmith."

"Call this guy on a Monday morning because I had lost the key fob to my car. James assured me that he could come make me a key and program it with no problem. He showed up six hours later and told me it would be about 20 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later with no luck said he had to do a "hard reset" which would take 15 mins. Two mins later changed his mind and said he would be back in the morning. That evening I had to replace my 2 month old battery because what every he was doing ruined it. The next morning I called and he said he had other jobs and couldn't come until 4 o'clock after promising he would come that morning. 4 o'clock comes and goes, I call to see if he's close nope he's 1 hour away and will be here 8 o'clock. I call 815 to see if he's close. Nope he is still a hour away and says he will be here in 90 mins. So unprofessional, doesn't know what he's doing. I lost 3 days of work because this jerk left me hanging. Why can't people just be honest. I would not recommend this guy to clean up **** never mind trust him with your car. I have someone else coming to make a key today and I pray he didn't mess my car up anymore than a battery that put me out 200 dollars. I just wish I could post this with zero stars"
