"From start to finish...the RbA customer service is awesome. The sales rep had us at the "heat measuring scale" of the RbA's window samples. The measure tech had some suggestions on temporarily fixing our broken window using Plexi Glass while we waited for the RbA custom window installation. The installation guys were prompt, friendly and respectful of our home and property. The new windows & patio door look great. They put back the window treatments and also the molding boarders around the slider. They even came back the next day to re-install the blinds that the cording was accidentally put on the wrong side. Only thing I can say to improve on this project would to have the exterior wood boarders surrounding the windows be painted...we have to do it our selves or hire it out. It was worth the wait of four months to install to get the quality windows. Thanx RbA excellent installers: Bryant, Tyler & Patrick."
