"Jonus (Tech) was very thorough in making sure that my condensation line was not clogged and that the pump and switch were not working properly before replacing. He took the time to answer all my questions and even crawled through my cramped attic in blazing heat to make sure my condensation line was not clogged. I was very impressed with his great attitude and work ethic."

"My furnace went out in winter. Their first available appointment was in five days, so I wouldn’t have heat for four nights. They rescheduled another customer (non emergency) so that they could do my install the next day."

"Great pricing, professional, and installed two units in 7 hours."

"Wonderful service, I couldn't be happier with my new system. They arrived on time & worked all day until the heat pump was up & running. They finished on the next day. This was a big job. They removed all the old equipment & cleaned up afterwards. I will be using them in the future."

"Robbie and team showed up and replaced two completely dead HVAC systems with highly efficient Rheem inverter systems. In the first month alone, my electric bill has dropped from ~$550 to $250 - now that we're not relying on heat strip heating. They were excellent, describing everything that they did and walking us through using the new systems. No surprises on the bill, either - just straight forward and honest. I'd highly recommend them in the future, without reservation."

"Justin was determined to resolve heat pump problem. Did his job well."

"I had maintenance of my heating systems by Keion at Cool Air Mechanical and I couldn’t be happier. Service was exceptional. Keion addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions without appearing rushed. I originally had Cool Air install a new Lennox heating and air unit 6 months and I continue to be impressed how great a company it is with great service people"

"Installer was professional and efficient. Will be calling again next time heating/air work is needed."

"Professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. They did a great job installing a new heating and air system."

"We had to use this company because of their contract with America Home Shield.  After 5 visits to my home - one of which he dripped the dirty toilet water all over my floor - they refused to write down that the issue with our toilets was the actual toilet and that it needed to be replaced.  Subsequently, we hired an out-of-pocket plumber who fixed everything by removing the original toilets and replacing them with new ones.
Additionally, the plumber came to our garage entry door instead of the front door and smelled of cigarette smoke every time he entered my property.
On the initial visit we also had him look at our hot water heater which he said needed immediate replacing.  We had another plumber come out for a second opinion (before spending $1800!) and the next plumber said that there were no issues at all that needed addressing and a new one was not needed.
