"We had a full French Drain System installed. We would highly recommend DRYCRETE WATERPROOFING. We consulted with other companies and were not happy with their prices and the way they pressured us to make a decision. Thank God, a family member recommended DRYCRETE. Best suggestion ever! The owner Jason is an excellent business person, down to earth, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. He has his schedule down pat and frequently updated us as the work progressed. He was so willing to explain the how's and whys for what the job entailed. He also explained the pump monitoring system and helped us install the app for our phones and computer, and got us online and monitoring our system in minutes. Jason was just a pleasure to deal with. Trustworthy and dedicated to delivering what he promised, and his crew are just as wonderful....hard working, self-directed, no nonsense type of workers. Their aim was to do a job well done and efficiently and they sure succeeded! They even did an excellent job of cleaning up after completion. High marks for all! "Victor was very responsive during the quoting phase and we quickly scheduled a date for him to assess the project. Thankfully, Victor had some great ideas on how to salvage and repair some existing exterior window framing and sills, which saved a great deal of time and money. After the project was finished, there were a few things that needed additional attention. Victor promptly made everything right and came back with a few days to close out the job. I enjoyed working with Victor on this job and appreciated his hard work, communication, and enthusiasm for doing the job right. "Contacted company on line and they called me back within 10 minutes. Asked several questions about issue I was having and set up an appointment to have someone assess the problem at no charge within the week. Issue clearly identified and suggested remedy explained in detail. Hired company to do job. The two men who did the job were very knowledgeable, professional and followed Covid guidelines while at my home. They also took precautions to keep my home clean and protected from dust and debris before and after job was done. Very pleased with the work that was done and definitely would recommend."
