They have been keeping the systems in great shape, so when they come to do routine maintenance, they generally need to do no more than minor fixes for regular wear and tear. After ~10 years of owning my house, however, a major component of the heater broke. They were able to diagnose the problem, have the replacement part delivered, and install it to get the whole system working again, all within a few days. They have my highest recommendation."
