Lock on patio door poorly installed, requires a special adjustment motion to make it work.
Basement door also has lock problems: The handle lock and deadbolt lock cannot be locked at the same time due to misalignment. Only one or the other can be used.
Otherwise the doors operate well and look good.

"Paul called me and said he wanted to make a door inspection since I had purchased a big deal to replace my liftmaster that had stopped working.
During the inspection he was able to determine that the unit I had was fine/functional and that the trouble I was having was due to a manual lock being put on that I didn't know about.

Unlike the others, you could tell that he was the kind of guy who does what he says; shows up; and does a quality job. He did all that and more and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Todd did more than the projects he was given - he referred the electrician and plumber who also did a wonderful job and having the three of them know one another helped tremendously - as they would communicate scheduling amongst themselves. Todd was also the point person who was there when the granite was installed and found someone to cut and re-size our existing granite. Todd listens to what you want to do; asks all the right questions, provides very thoughtful ideas and solutions. He gets it. He is there when he says he will be; the quality of his work is excellent. He is a pleasure to have in your home; he cleans up as he works and is just a real nice guy. Todd is a skilled craftsman and we highly recommend him and will continue to have him to work as needed on our home."

"Brandon and his crew are fantastic! My wife and I are totally satisfied with his job. We did a total makeover of our kitchen and pantry, about 300 square feet total. Job included gutting to the studs, wiring, plumbing, insulation, blueboard & plaster, painting, cabinet install, custom shelving in pantry and bookcase, hardwood floor repair and refinishing. All of Brandon's subcontractors were quality people as well. Brandon made a schedule ahead of time, and held to it, even when other contractors (countertop install) threw 'monkey wrenches' into the schedule. This is very important to you when you are eating off of a hot plate!
From start to finish, Brandon communicated everything very clearly and responded promptly to any calls or emails.
No major project goes without minor glitches, but Brandon stood behind his commitment at every turn, and made sure every part of the job was up to our very high standards.
He handled all the paperwork and permitting with the town seemlessly.
His price was very reasonable, significantly less expensive than other quotes, yet his work was top-notch.
I would not hesitate to recommend Superior K&B to anyone for their project.

"The work completed we excellent and the installers were professional and thorough.  The only thing preventing an all "A's" review was some scheduling/responsiveness mishaps - bought off a deal that was fully subscribed, so it took a little longer than I expected to get the new doors installed.  In the end though, work was done well, and I am very happy with the overall product.

"Terrible. We decided to order new garage doors through the provider. After significant delays and a number of phone calls and other communications that were not returned, the doors finally arrived. We were asked for more payment as there were additional "issues" with the installation. We had another garage program ongoing at the time of delivery (we waited 4mo plus for installation after being told it would be 6-8 weeks), and were not able to accommodate the installation of the openers we had ordered. The provider asked for full payment with multiple promises of return, but never did after 6 months. We have a series of unreturned phone calls and communications.
